Payment of Fees: Parents are responsible for the timely payment of all school-related fees. Conversion from USD to VND is at the rate of Vietcombank. The school reserves the right to change the exchange rate during the school year according to Vietcombank exchange rates.

Late Payment: Monthly tuition payments must be paid no later than the 7th of each month. If you pay later than the 7th you will be charged a 5% late fee of your payment. If you make payment after the 15th you will be charged a 7% late fee of your payment.

Non-Payment of School Fees: The school reserves the right to refuse admission or continued enrollment when the full amount of school fees are not paid as scheduled and/or scheduled installment payments are not paid as per agreement. If the school does not receive payment or written notification that payment is in transit by the due date, the school will assume that the student does not plan to return and make the seat available to new applicants. In case of non-payment, the school may suspend the student and/or withhold all school records until fees are paid in full.

KC Academy Refund Policy: The school makes commitments in advance regarding staffing, purchasing, and other resources based on confirmed enrollment, all of which have financial implications. Accordingly, should a parent decide to withdraw a student from school, it is necessary for the school to be compensated for the early termination of the education services contract between the school and the parent in order to mitigate any indirect financial implications.

Registration Fee/Administration Fee These fees are non refundable Any student registering after December 31st will be granted 20% discount on the Administration Fee.

Full Year Payment (10 months) If a student unenrolls in the first semester the payee can receive their full tuition back for the second semester (5 months), however if the student unenrolls in the second semester there is no refund granted.

Half Year Payment (5 months) There will be no refund granted after 30 days. A notice must be given with within the first 30 days for a full refund to be granted. Parents must give the school a 2-week notice of their child's departure. This allows the school time to prepare the necessary documents for departure.

Illness: If a child falls ill longer than 5 days a full refund on service fees will be granted for the days missed. A medical note will be required to receive refunds on services. This refund will be prorated to the following month. Refunds will not be offered to students who are dismissed from school for behavioral misconduct.

Vacation There will be no refund on tuition fees for vacation leave. Service fees will be refunded if the school has been notified one month in advance and travel documents have been issued to the school.

Removal of Child for reasons other than illness If parents choose to remove their child for reasons other than an illness during the academic school year and fails to pay the monthly fee during the month(s) of absence, Kid Castle will ask parents to pay a reregistration fee when their child returns to Kid Castle.

Natural Disasters/Government School Closure There will be no refund granted on tuition fees during government school closures. The service fees will be prorated to the following month.

Global Pandemic If a global pandemic lasting longer than one month occurs, parents paying full year or half year tuition fees and service fees will be prorated ot the following academic year.
